Hello fellow crafters! My name is Michelle. I'm a stay at home mother of four and love crafting scented candles, body lotions and lip balms for my family.
I've always wanted to make my own bars of soap since I was a young child. My grandmother would make batches of CP soap in her kitchen using mostly natural ingredients. I spent so much time around her watching the entire soapmaking process take place and was always fascinated by it.
Fast forward to present day, I'm now beginning my own journey into soapmaking and although I've been intimidated by this skill for decades now, this year i'm pushing my fears aside and putting my best foot forward!
Here's a recent picture of the supplies that I've gathered. I plan to start with MP (Melt & Pour) soapmaking and can't wait to experiment with these goodies. Wish me luck!
