Hi,
I’m looking to scale my soap production by purchasing larger moulds.
I currently am using six 42 oz moulds (27.9 x 8.9 x 8.6 Centimetres) -the purple ones from Amazon :) I currently get 9 one inch thick bars from each mould.

I would like to upgrade to a slab mould, however, I don’t want to change the size of my bars.
Ideally, I would like to find a slab mould that’s 27.9 x 26.7 x 8.6
However, I can’t seem to find anything like this. I don’t have the need to have any of excess “sample size” bars, so -
I would essentially just want a mould that would be the equivalent to three or four of my current moulds without any waste.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Thank you :)

I second the custom craft tools recommendation.

I recently decided to move away from my homemade molds to silicon lined ones. And I just knew that someone somewhere would have my desired size available. Didn't work out that way unfortunately. I got something bigger then added HDPE inserts to get it to my desired size.

If you don't mind lining, there are mold makers on etsy who will make custom sized molds for you.
