Tallow Soap Recommendations

@AliOop , I just emailed to them to ask what their shipping would be for a block of 30lbs of tallow. Without shipping (or tax) it's $1.16 a pound. I think salt is more than $1 a pound where I live. So, if you hear me crying, it's because they told me their shipping is at least 4x the cost of the tallow itself.
@bookworm, where do you get your tallow?

Oh, so sorry to hear about the shipping costs. The shipping cost to my house is usually about the same as the cost of the tallow, so I end up paying 2x the price. This year I was lucky to jump in on the free shipping offer at the last minute.

A local barbecue place has offered to give me fat, but I haven’t followed up yet. They will have both beef and pork.
