I create milled soap and allow it to cure for a week before reprocessing it. It is chopped into smaller pieces and simmered with my homemade infused oils to create a natural scent, avoiding synthetic fragrances or essential oils.

A few days ago, I rebatched beer soap using a half can of beer. Will my beer soap go bad? I didn’t consider this when I added the beer to the milled soap I made earlier with ale and lye. I usually use oil for rebatching, but this time I wanted to enhance the 'ale' aspect since the soap was quite weak. Days later, it's been on my mind that this may spoil.

You have milling machinery to mill your soap? Not sure why you'd mill it and then rebatch the soap, however. Rebatching will eliminate the benefits of milling soap.

Half can of beer to rebatch how many ounces or grams of soap? Need more context.

If beer is only a small % of the total, the beer shouldn't cause problems. If a large % of the total, it might be an issue.
