No, I haven't bought it yet. I won't buy it until January.
I just bought 8 pounds of Ostrich fat to render down to make oil. It was very expensive ($30.00 per pound). I rendered it over night (dry) and will hear it again a couple of more times to see if I can get it cleaner. I'm new to Ostrich oil but read so many healthy skin benefits I really wanted to give it a try. I won't use it for soap because it's far too expensive but I am excited to put it in my skin care products. I just have to find out the best way to clean it well.Hi. Im curious as to whether people feel that OSTRICH OIL useful in soap making. Do you have experience with it? Do you think it's a good product? Do you have any issues with using it or in finding it?
We are over-supplied in pure oils and wondering who can use it (besides us for skin products!).
Thanks!
Debbie
