Mini lip balms

Does anyone use these and what labels do you buy?

I was looking for the labels with the safety tab ideally but not seeming to find them. I did find little shinkwrap tubes for these that's it so far.

Any suggestions?

Do you already buy lip balm labels? Could you cut those labels to size?
It would be wasting quite a bit of the labels, I see the label size listed is .5" x 2". I think a standard (.15 oz) lip balm label is around 2.25" square.

I buy the ones with the tabs from onlinelabels.com or Avery.com.

This would be the first time making and labeling lip balms. I wanted to experiment with flavor oil amounts and practice with small batches.
