Please put this where it goes! :D

I am looking to buy the shampoo bar Genny made. I want to switch to a poo bar while mine cures. I messaged her but have not heard back. If anyone is selling that bar can you let me know? Thanks!

I could...it is just a sea of soaps there hahaha. Hoping I could narrow it down here. But, I will look.

Found one :)

Well my notes show I have 3 ~3oz bars left of Genny's recipe, it reads like this:

30% avocado oil
10% castor
40% olive oil pomace
10% Shea butter
10% soybean oil

Water - 11.2 oz
Lye - 3.9
6% SF

I used essential oils to fragrance the batch but at way low a percentage so you can't really smell them any more - it was a two lb batch and I used 0.35 lavender, 0.20 peppermint, 0.20 lemon, 0.10 tea tree.

I also made this almost exactly a year ago, with the numbers the way they are I expect they could develop dos easily. Also this was before I started cp soaping, so it's hp.

If after all that you still want a bar, pm your address - no charge.

I just need to remind you that you are going to have a period of adjustment when you change from using syndets to true soap for shampoo. Funky Hair Syndrome(FHS) is inevitable for everyone, but worse in some than others. So don't judge the shampoo bar too harshly until you have given your hair time to fully adjust. Some folks' hair never adjusts.

Excellent reminder Susie. It took me a good week or two to adjust and the funky hair syndrome was an adjustment. Luckily my hair did adjust and I haven't used anything else since.
