In search of squeeze tubes

Just curious... How on Earth do you fill a squeeze tube???? (If I were looking for something like that, I'd start on eBay, fyi)

I started on ebay but most came from China. Not a problem, but the shipping was so long. Was not going to get here until May. So I kept looking on there and found some that ship mid April.

Filling will be interesting hahaha. I will most likely pipe it in.
