What do you suggest for Olive Oil Smell in soap?

There is a longering Olive Oil in my soap - used it at 30%

Is there anything I can use in my next recipe to offset the smell?

I use CP all veggie recipe - never use fragrance oils. Just EO

hi ann,
the "castille" i make i leave unsented (80% olive), and those that have tried it remark on how they like the slightly sweet olive smell.....but if you want to cover it choose a strong EO like peppermint, that will cover it (i generally add 1 tbs per pound of soap.... but you can alter that depending on how strong each EO is.... i like 2tbs of peppermint eo in a 3lb batch for example). hth

is your olive oil soap fresh? i get no lingering odor from mine. sure the unscented ones smell slightly "soapy" but not like olive oil and any FO or EO I've added has covered the base odor completely.
