Texada is so nice but THERE ARE SNAKES IN THE QUARRY!!!!!! Here's me floating around on an air matress on a hot hot day and feeling so happy because there were a bunch of dragonflies that had landed on my stomach. I turned over onto my stomach eventually and was lazily paddling around until a snake swam right up into my face. Needless to say I was off the air matress in a flash and almost drowned screaming and flailing around in the water. LOL.
I also notciced last time I was there that there are no garbage cans anywhere. I put some garbage in the can at the gas station but didn't get gas and they didn't like that AT ALL.
