Using surfactants.

Hi family. I wanted to use a surfactant in my soap. I read about SLES and SLS. I hear there not as good as COCOATE. So I need help and some suggestions.

If you want to use a surfactant in your soap, why not make a M&P bar? There are recipes on this forum and on the web for M&P bases.
