These aren’t rancid, but they’re too old for soap.
What can I use them for, anything?

because they're compromised enough that my soap I tried making with them did not work out.If the oils aren't rancid, why not use them in soap for personal use?
That's a bummer. I've heard about it, but didn't know it could be that badbecause they're compromised enough that my soap I tried making with them did not work out.
Soap on a stick.
Castor and rice bran. What are the oils?
You got me interested when you mentioned candles. Do you add a small amount of oils to the wax when you melt it, and how does it turn out?If the oils aren’t rancid you can use them for candles, or even for furniture polish! I once had some old oils and made basic lip balms – not perfect, but they worked. You can also try making something for cutting boards. It’s worth trying to add oils to baths too though not all will mix well with water.
