Hello all. Ive been soaping only about 2 months. I think this is batch # 10. There not fantastic, but If you have seen any of my pic for my last few batches.... :roll: These are quite nice by comparison. Thank you Hazel! for your comment about your experience with stiring and crumbly soap. I change my technique, and got better results.

Very nice! I like the layered colors. Did you scent it?

You're welcome about the info but the only reason I knew about it is because I read it on Kathy Miller's site. :wink:
 
Thanks! I started with my basic GM soap thats the off white. At trace I seperated the "batter" into 3 parts, one I left alone, one has reduced apple wine syurp gold/beige, the thrid is pumpkin pie spices dark brown. By the time I was ready to pour, the trace had went from medium to thick. So I didnt pour as much as I spooned. The layers didnt come to the way I hoped, but my soap isnt falling apart so Im pretty happy
 
it does look good enough to eat, like a yummy dessert! great looking soap.
