Does anyone have a good lotion/balm recipe using powdered caffeine?

Or, maybe tell me how much / what percentage to use per recipe?

I am wanting to use it in a lotion/creme/balm for its skin firming, toning benefits.

I have hear caffeine can be absorbed through the skin. That was a soap craze a few years back. I don't know if it is true or not.

Yeah I made for myself a sugar coffee scrub with ground coffee, essential oils, and veggie oils.
