Thank you. So, I have lots of natural additives that I use in cold process soap and I'm pretty familiar with them. But I'm finding that they can morph in other products. For instance, I make a hyaluronic acid face serum. I added beet root powder and it was a beautiful pink. However, it didn't stay the same color after about a week. Just looking for some other alternatives.

What you use on yourself is of course up to you. But if you sell cosmetics in the United States, you are limited to the colorants on that list.
I understand that fully. I'm just asking is there such thing as all natural liquid colorants. I've been making a selling products since 2011 so I totally understand the rules. I'm just looking for all-natural colorants that aren't powders because they either morph or sink to the bottom over time

Thank you for your help.

Did you look at the list? Most of the colorants on it are natural, albeit mineral and so most aren't well suited to liquid use as they settle out, or have restrictions.

Beetroot coloour is notoriously fugitive, IMO using it is a waste of time.
