My honey is sticky

I just made honey oatmeal soap and it said to drizzle honey on top and my honey is still sticky

I have heard of drizzling a melt and pour "honey" over CP soap, or even glycerin, but never real honey. I imagine it will just stay sticky, as there is nothing to cause it to harden.

That recipe doesn't sound as if it has been tested. Honey is usually added either into the oils or the cooled lye water, before combining the two. Once all the ingredients are saponified it is not sticky and is just incorporated into the soap. Honey adds lather/bubbles to soap.
