It is made with spirulina cooked in extra virgin olive oil for two hours over low heat. Then I slipped and I used that oil for color. It smells like green apple immensely. Behind is one made with the cuts.

I love those designs. I ordered some fondant mats from Wilton. I am going to try those one of these days. So many great ideas, so little time. LOL
