1. Justsomeguy - it's gonna be smells like for me😁
2. ScentimentallyYours - a challenging challenge for me.
3. dmcgee5034 - I’m in for some fruity fun 🫐🍐🍏🍓🍇
4. akseattle - I have a cider barrel FO that I really love. Since I have used it before, I'll try to be less lame than just making ANY soap with an FO that is already familiar to me. To challenge myself and not just make embeds from M&P, I may have to get guidance on soap dough!
5. Vicki C. 🍊 you glad it’s challenge sign up time? Yes 🫐glad.
6. The_Emerald_Chicken - Fruity is one of my favorite scent families 🍒🥭🥝
7. phantasy - I am so excited to try out this challenge. :)
8. HumbleDaisyMae - a first using fruit in a soap, got some ?? I’ll put in another post!
9. Bookworm42 - we'll see if I have time. March is full of birthday activities here
10. Artemis - it's time for a soapy restock at my house this weekend anyway, might as well make a fruity one?
11. Gothtink4151 I’ll be using a lemon fo and lemon zest for scrubbies
12. Tammyfarms- sounds like a fun challenge. It’s great to see so many people participating.
13.Mobe_45. Got a bunch going on this month, but I’ll try to get one in.
14.Debs mess. I hope I can enter, because I'm doing Apple blossom for the scent. Excited!

Finally came up with a fruity idea involving soap dough, but I don't think I'll have time to make soap before our baby arrives. Too much regular stuff to get ready before induction in 8 days. I am looking forward to seeing everyone's fruit soaps!
Hoping for the best of everything for the birth of your baby. There is nothing like holding a squishy, snuggly newborn. ❤️👶❤️

Hope you have a safe and speedy delivery, @ackosel. Wishing you, baby, and your family health and happiness. 🥰🌸🥰

Shoot! I forgot that I ordered a special fragrance oil to try in a fruit challenge soap. It came today! Now I'm extra tempted to make a fruit soap anyway. I might have time on Thursday...😃

Does anyone have advice for using a vanilla stabilizer? The bottle from WSP just says that "user is responsible for using the right amount". I've never used a fragrance oil or a vanilla stabilizer before. Tips?

I use ZCS. 1:1 with the fragrance oil amount. But, this post recommends a slightly different amount that I intend to try next time...

Directions from their website…I’ve only used it once, followed the directions, and everything went as planned. I do recall it smelled terrible and having a humongous freak out that the soap would have moved to my Do Not Use Because It Sucks Donkey Butt Shelf, but it did disappear while it cured.

DIRECTIONS: In a glass or plastic mixing container, slowly stir 1 part Vanilla Color Stabilizer to 2 parts fragrance oil. When mixing with fragrances with over 10% vanilla, use a 1 to 1 ratio. Stir well and allow to sit for 2 minutes then immediately add to base formula. Mixture best used within 15 minutes of mixing.
