I haven't shared in awhile so I thought I would share this one with you. It's scented with a single note ~ Star Anise ~ and I chose to use three colours, black, dark brown and white. I am working on getting my marble swirl perfected and I am happy with how this one turned out.

The top is decorated with Star Anise as well....

I hope you like it....

OOOhhhhhh! I love it! I would love to learn how to do such pretty swirls. I think I go too heavy on the colored portion of my soap and not enough of the white. You are definately getting your technique down to perfection ;)

Beautiful! How do you get the marbled effect? If you don't mind sharing, of course.

Thank you ladies...

Pink Cupcake I pour a layer of whiten then pour the secondary colours in and finish with another layer of white. I use a large spoon to lift and pull the colours through very similar to the Celine swirl technique. Once that's done I pour lines on top of the left over soap and do a regular top swirl on it using a figure 8. I hope that makes sense...

Wow! I would love to know how the Marble Swirl is done. Maybe you could make a technique video for youtube! I know lots of us would love to know how.

Stunning by the way. I love how you included the star anise pods on the outside of the bar. Very unique soap!
