Thanks!@justsomeguy mine took a few days and slowly turned brown over a few weeks. Hopefully the same happens for you!
So, the chemically smell of the ZCS has eaten the Tonka & Tobacco fragrance.I cut the coconut soap. No yellow. A little brown and a whole lotta white

The ZCSSo, the chemically smell of the ZCS has eaten the Tonka & Tobacco fragrance.
Anyone know the odds that it'll fade away in 6 weeks and the fragrance oil returns?
Great job! Nice colors and design.

I agree ~ my olive oil soaps usually have a slightly green color to them due to using EVOO, but in the ZNSC it turned a creamy pale yellowI think it's that plus the faux sea water (salt and baking soda added). Although using olive oil produces a very white bar too.
The cut.I made another loaf of HO sunflower oil soap with faux seawater, 1.5% sorbitol, .5% sodium gluconate, 5% lavender, 1tsp oakmoss lavender oil per kilo of oil, 5% lavender essential oil, 1 TBS arrowroot powder, 10% Alkanet root infused sunflower oil. The lye water was 200° and the oils were 87°. Together they became 120°instead of the 130-150 I was hoping for took a lot of SB to get to light trace.
It's been in the oven for 3 hours now.
Hopefully the cut occurs before this bug takes me all the way to bed.
Something's lodged under the silicone. I missed it before pouring in the batter. So, I'm gonna have a shim shaped piece of soap after the cut
Well, blues are my favorite colors so . . . I like it!The cut.

Nowhere near as purple as I was expecting. It looks almost grey with hints of blue to me
