Hmm, that one is new to me, I used to take famotadine (pepcid), but take lansoprazole (prevacid) now. I hope it helps with your stomach issues and that you can remain pain-free.
 
I forgot I have a tens unit that my brother gave me for my back and I don't use it very often, do you think it will work on my knee?

I see them use them on people's knees all the time at physical therapy. Usually it's after someone has had a knee surgery. Not sure about a strain though.

Me too. I had to go to PT for a year and saw them used on everything. Used the on my hip right after surgery and on my husbands shoulder because he had surgery to repair his rotator cuff.
 
If you have a helper you can do it. I first got started in soaping when I tore my meniscus riding my horse over 6 years ago. I had an amish friend who was giving me lessons and really got into it. I would have everything set up at a table at arms reach and was a soaping maniac. I made over 100 batches in a 12 week period, where there is a will there is a way.:rolleyes:
