I don't remember which thread I found my measurements on, but I have been using 2%-3.5% of total batch weight for sorbitol. So far I haven't had any sticky, gummy feel to my soaps. I cut my CO from 10% to 5% at the same time so really haven't seen much of a difference in my lather, but it doesn't seem to feel like it is stripping or drying my skin. I'll take that as a plus and keep with the larger amount of sorbitol.
