I think your machine would be worth trying.
When I wanted the make colloidal oatmeal out of oatmeal rather than buy the hugely expensive colloidal stuff I found a way. (DH wouldn’t let me use his good coffee grinder
)
What you have to do is process it until it’s really fine then sieve it, then run it through the processor again, three or four times. Eventually you have bits that you have to throw away but that’s ok. With oatmeal I can’t get it all as superfine as colloidal oatmeal but some small bits that remain add a nice look to the finished soap so I’m happy.
