How to get cocoa butter out of tub

Is there an easy way to get cocoa butter out of the jar? I tried chipping it out with an ice cream scoop but that takes forever. Microwave didn't like tiny bits of leftover bits of foil.

I use a hammer and wood chisel.

Oh dear god. I cringe every time I get a new order of cocoa butter. I get the big 25lb blocks and have to break them up, which I usually do with food scrapes. I kind of like shave off big chunks. Takes me like the better part of two hours. But I love organic CB too much not to use it!

Yeah i thought about not using it too. Decided that want going to happen. Thanks for the suggestions. At least i know that nuking it is a bad idea.

Mountain Rose Herbs sells cocoa butter wafers that are supposed to be easier to use. I have never ordered them before but I will soon and I will give a report.
