Hi.. Can anyone tell me if I can use food colouring in my soap

You can but wouldn't recommend it. Food coloring tends to migrate and stain. It's better to use colors formulated specifically for soap and/or natural coloring agents like clay and certain herbs.

I agree with bohunk. Not only what was mentioned above, they have a tendency to morph. You can certainly try them if they are for personal use but do so carefully.

They also morph, which can be fun to watch. I had a blue/green food color turn the most beautiful purple.

Along with what others have said, if you ever want to sell, you would have to change your formula, as food coloring is not FDA approved for use in soap.
