Help making cigar band labels

Hello everyone, have been making CP soaps for about 5 months - and have this forum to thank for alot of GREAT information!!!
I am looking for help making my own cigar band labels. I have downloaded Avery Design Pro...but can't remember the post where more info was given about creating your own cigar bands. All help is appreciated!

Thanks, I have seen those posts - still another one; maybe where I read about the avery download. If I remember correctly it had more instructions on how to enter graphics/clip art, etc. I'll keep looking. Really appreciate all I learn here!
