Handmade paper and soaps

I had a beautiful month in Sardinia this summer where we made soaps and paper and we used the paper to decorate the soaps. The other great thing that you can see in the pic is the inside dried part of the nopal cactus ( prickly pear) hope someone finds it inspirational. Paper is much easier to make that soaps but as much fun!

Making paper is so much fun! I gave my whole set-up to the Girl Scouts when we downsized. But this year I get to help them make paper!
