LJA, one other thing I'm doing is working on my soap's "look". While I want each soap to have its own identity visually, I also want them all to look good and make sense together. The look I happen to like for my soap is rustic, natural and textural, with earthy colors and herbs/botanicals.

I love the natural stuff. I just can't bring myself to do JUST that. I get distracted by all the shiny colors, FOs, bells, whistles etc. LOL! Hopefully, I can do it all someday. I'd be a terrible purist. When can we see more of yours?

I'd be happy to be one of your testers!

Ahhhh I will be sure to get some bars to you soon then. What kind of scents do you like? Maybe I should swing by Deb's one weekend when you guys are both there.

Oh, I'm not real picky, I'm open to trying anything you want feedback on. However my skin is pretty dry so I will probably do better with more conditioning soaps as opposed to cleansing. But heck, ya never know till you try right?

Sounds like a good plan right Deb? :D Thanks Daniel. Hey, I know you work at a Spa but I can't remember where you said it was....Fairfax? What's the name of it? Maybe I'll come and visit one day....

I have 2 soaps I want you to try then. One is great for dry skin, the other is one that I want to test on dry skin. Feelin' brave?

You can come by my work anytime, I'm there Monday thru Friday. It's not really a spa though, more of a healing center, though we do offer massage. We're in Fairfax in the Mosby Tower on Main Street.

If that's in Fairfax Circle then I know where it is. And Daniel, all you had to say is "massage" and I'm there. :D

And am I feeling brave? Heck yes!

I started out as a purist - to the point that I wouldn't even add EO's - but alas - I became corrupted - now I'm an FO & Colour Ho......

That's my sorry tale - 8)

Daniel, Swing away! We need to all, Daniel, Sibi, Kristin and me, get together, maybe for a BBQ or Brunch when all the swap boxes get here.

Ya'll can bring your swap stuff and help me pack the boxes, then leave with your own.

Seriously, we could have some fun, make some soap, drink some beer...

I'm up for that, most definitely!

Wait, wait a gosh darn second! What did I miss? There is another pole dancer here?! WHO pole dances? I do too!

A girl I used to work with bought a pole and set it up in her living room.
It had like a platform, so not one of those floor to ceiling types. ANyways, it might have even had fliahing lights. She paid like $750 for it and had it shipped to her apt.

A coupel of weeks later she came in all bruised up. She'd had a few too many drinks and fell off of it twice... lol

 holy crapoly! ... must've been a Platinum stages, they can get expensive. I have the PS removable stainless pole. Even without getting drunk and falling off you rack up the bruises! Once your body gets used to it though you stop bruising. Best damn workout ever.

I took a free intro class once. It sure was a workout - even though we didn't really do much, since it was just an intro class.

I might have considered joining except that the instructor appeared to spend all her time talking to two girls in particular and ignored the rest of us. So I figured I wouldn't bother paying for that kind of treatment.. lol

It was also an hour's drive from my place so that helped make the decision too! LOL
