    Thank you! I tried the pipettes and, although tedious, much less waste. I also used a double boiler instead of microwave and that kept the soap usable longer. I have 39 small jelly beans per mold. I'm excited to see what the finished product looks like.

    Hi, Well, I got the jellybean mold after all and am trying to figure out an efficient way to pour M&P into the small molds. I am using a squeeze bottle but the soap cools down and stops up the top. How do I keep it pourable without always having to put it in the micro to thin out again...

    I am new to soaping and would like to make Easter soap with jelly beans embedded. Does anyone know how to make jelly beans without a mold? Is there a way to just drop the soap on waxed paper or something like that? I saw one that was clear oval shaped with colored jelly beans in it. Sooo...

    Emily, I did the lye part and trace part. I did not put color in and it came out a dark beige. Not brown, not yellow, not mustard. Hard to explain. Good luck. Let me know what you do with it, I have a little left.
