I make soap at home also. I have just converted part of my basement into a soaping room.

Exactly what is cream soap used for? I have not even thought about making it just yet because I am not sure of what it is used for.

I used maninly ultramarines and have had no problems with the colors fadiing as of yet. I also use natural things like paprika and tumeric.

I have shelves in my soap room that I cure my soaps on. Before that, I used to just store them in the utility room in cardboard shoe boxes.

I am looking for anything natural that would create a light orange/peach color for my apriot scented soap. I am on my experimenting trip again this week and want to make a soap using Apricot Juice in place of water but don't know what to use to color it....perhaps a little paprika?

I was only able to make one batch this weekend of Lavender Vanilla but I used a different amount of Ultramarine (Violet) and I loved the way the color came out. I did a little experimenting also and added goat's milk at trace and put the mold in the oven overnight....nice soap...

I use quite a bit of their fragrances (manufactures grade) and so far, I have not had any problems with them. I normally get alot of free samples to test and they ship extremely fast. I say give them a try and see.
