    Anti-freeze

Hello fellows! I have a little problem with my oo liquid soaps: at room temperatures below 10c, they freeze and won't come out from the plastic pump bottles. Is there any trick to prevent this? (except for putting the bottle near a heating medium or inside hot water). Is there something...

    My work

Hello nup! Nice to found you here. Didn't you made your own soaps? I'm starting right now to sell them. If you want something more send me a p.m. to speak more (and in greek language). Carebear, the right time to come here for oo is right now! In my region, the oo production is relatively high...

    My work

Sunkawakan, that "Invigoration" soap is almost for ...eating!-wonderful! and that "sage" has a really nice color. I don't give much attention to the appearance of my soaps, as to the raw materials. Maybe a greek restaurant down there could help you about pizza!

    My work

Thank you all for your kind words. Carebear come here and i'll find the best oil for you... Twilitr and Butterscotch, the coloring is natural: the yellow is from orange/mandarin scrapings, the brown from cocoa, the grey from coffee. Sunkawakan, nice memories! Olive oil gives an individual...

What's the diff between food and cosmetic grade olive oil?

Re: What's the diff between food and cosmetic grade olive oi What's that "cosmetic OO"? I have never heard of this. Are there someone that sells cosmetic OO? Whatever it is, it will be better to use pure food OO also for cosmetic purposes.

    0% Superfatting

I'm not using strong scents in my OO soaps. All other qualities (lather, etc.) are very fine. Thanks for the replies.

    0% Superfatting

Maybe for better cleaning quality. Less oil, more 'strong' soap.

    Fruit additives.

Thank you all! I'm a hunter of the scents. O.K. I think the best way to learn is to experiment...

    Fruit additives.

Any suggestions and "know how"? For example: strawberry, melon, oranges, peaches, lemons, bananas etc. I can't find another useful thread here. Thanks.

Olive Oil vs Extra Virgin OO

In my experience an 100% e.v.o.o. soap without any additives is always white. So, if you see in the market an 100% olive oil soap with other color, something happens...

Six months soapmaking, 25 batches - all with 100% olive oil.

Petals & Other Botanic Additives ..

Hi! I have made a castille batch with grated bitter orange peel added at light trace. 3 months have passed and the soaps retain the orange-yellow grains of the grated peel. It's a nice appearance.

    OLIVE OIL SOAPS REVIEW

Thank you all for your replies! Here in Greece is something ordinary for someone to have olive trees. I believe that is one of the most useful and best tree in the world! Also it is one of the most resistant trees in the world. In Crete there are some trees 2000 or 3000 years old!!!!!(that...
