I recently had a chance to smell a bar of soap scented with Winter Wonderland and would like to find/purchase it. What is your favorite supplier and usage rate? I'm aware that the new usage rate is low at most suppliers but many are still using it at an older rate. Info on this and how it behaves and/or discolors would be helpful.

Several companies carry a fragrance oil called Winter Wonderland. Some of those are safe for soap and some are used in candles. Most Winter Wonderland FOs appear to contain vanillin which discolors.

This might be harder than you think-- I'm sure lots of suppliers have a "Winter Wonderland" fragrance, but they are likely to be different from each other. Also, the maker of that bar may have renamed it for their soap. You may have to invest in sample sizes from a few suppliers and see which smells most like the one you smelled.

Has anyone used the one from Nurture? I think I remember @TashaBird using it at the older usage rate (from before the newer IFRA rates came out) without a problem. I just don't know what usage rate that is or how it behaves.
I use the Nurture version. I love it and it is my son's favorite. The FO is very strong, so there is some scent even with the lower usage rate. I make some every year for Christmas gifting and this year I blended WW with Bramble Berry's woodland elves - it was very nice.
