Yikes, @AliOop ! If that's what you do when you don't have much energy, I can't imagine what you get done when you're feeling peppy!
I should clarify, after a long day on the computer it was more the mental energy that was low. Sometimes I spend an hour at a time, waiting in a Zoom queue for a case to be called (which is when I usually pop in to SMF for a bit to pass the time, lol). Still, it can be mind-numbing. After a day like that, there just isn't enough brain power left to do things that required focus (soaps, lotions), if that makes sense. Grinding stuff up and slapping on some paint didn't require much of that. ;)

I use the same freeze dried fruits for this recipe and grind them in my dedicated coffee grinder then sift them with a fine mesh sifter. They work great. The my favs are Strawberry, Strawberry Banana, or Peaches & Cream (since it has coconut milk powered, the name works).
Oooo Peaches & Cream sounds great; I didn't have that one available to me, but I'll look for it. I had Asian Pear, Fuji Apple, Strawberry, and Strawberry Banana. That's great to hear that they work well.

After grinding, I sifted mine, too. Did you keep or discard the smaller bits that wouldn't grind down enough to go through the sifter? I discarded them as I was worried they'd be too rough on the lips.

Also, do you see any need for a warning on the label that there may be trace amounts of other fruits? Some folks have life-threatening allergies to strawberries or bananas, for instance, and I'm concerned that it's impossible to clean all of the fruit dust out of the grinder.

Last time I was at Walmart, they didn’t have the freeze dried peaches and I was bummed! I’ve used the last of mine and will need more. I discard the larger bits, I agree they would be too rough and off putting in the lip scrub.

I haven’t put a warning label, but I do the strawberry first, then the strawberry banana - and never the other way around. I deep clean my grinder with a good wipe down, get all the hard to reach places with a small paint brush, wiz some sugar, brush out again and then a few cleanings with alcohol. It’s probably not perfect, and you’ve got me thinking about what else I can do to eliminate any cross contamination that could expose someone to an allergen.
