I emptied out a tea bag and filled with 5 tsp paprika. How much oil should I infuse this with and what would the max usage be for additive? Thanks!

You don't even need the tea bag. Just pour however much paprika you want(I use about an ounce.) into the bottom of a glass jar. Pour 6-8 oz light colored olive oil or almond oil on top. Put the top on, and place onto a dishcloth or something else to keep it off the bottom of a pot that is large enough to hold water deep enough to come to halfway up the jar. Put water into the pot. Heat on high on the stove until you see it steam or bubble, then turn down the heat to just keep it simmering. I simmer mine 30 minutes. Turn the heat off, pour the water off, and let it cool completely. Then just pour the colored oil into a different, clean container. If you don't stir or shake the oil, all of the paprika stays in the bottom.

Ok thanks. I guess that sounds easy. I didnt want to have to strain it.
