I have been researching, trying to learn about alcohol intermediary infusions. Not being good at research, I had a hard time finding instructions. This might be what people are talking about.

I'll have to do more research to find out where to get 190 proof alcohol and exactly what that is. Is it rubbing alcohol? Consumable alcohol? Obviously, I know nothing about alcohol!

I buy my food grade 200 proof ethanol from Culinary Solvent.

Also make sure that you are using the right proof of alcohol for the herb you are infusing to get the correct phytochemicals you want. I'd hate to have someone use a proof that didn't yield the right results.
