Hi all,

I bought this for my Sister, who suffers in spring and fall with sinus infections. Any ideas on how to most effectively use this. I thought of bath salts, but who wants to smell like that all day? So soap is out, too. Any ideas. I want to make whatever item before her sinuses start to act up. Thanks.

I have seen little tins of salt or balm meant just for inhaling. I do this with my EOs sometimes, just open the bottle up and take a deep inhale. Not the most glamorous idea, but if you put it in a balm she would have the option of putting a little on chest or neck or something if she wanted to use it at night to help with breathing. Or she can just carry it around and sniff it.

I don't remember where the recipe is, but I've seen people make shower fizzie type things. You put it in the back of the shower, and it slowly melts letting the vapor rise in the shower.

Bath Vapor for allergy relief

Fizzy Bath Bomb, use in the early evenings. Will waft up into the steam around her face, she will inhale and get some relief for a bit.
need a recipie? let me know.
