Because you don't know the ratios, and the SAP values are so different, I'd use these to make body butter. That will also make the best use of the skin-loving properties in these ingredients, which usually don't survive saponification. Also, soap doesn't stay on the skin long enough for those ingredients to do as much good as they could do in a body butter.
A simple recipe for a firm body butter could be:
33% shea butter
33% mango butter
34% "baby oil"
1 tsp arrowroot starch per pound of oils/butters.
Melt the mango and shea together over low heat. When melted, stir in the baby oil and arrowroot, pour into your desired container(s), and refrigerate immediately until firm. If it's too firm, remelt and add a bit more of your soft oil mix. If too soft, melt and add a little more mango butter.
I like to keep my unopened containers in the fridge so they stay fresher while I use up the open one.
