UK source of Na4-EDTA?

Is it impossible to purchase using a fictitious business name and have delivery to your home address? I used to do that when I had a very large garden and a particular seed supplier only sold to businesses. It worked for me.

I would rather not. At least I can use the ebay UK seller now I know what to expect from the product.

Given that a shaving soap batch only uses a few grams, the 100g baggie will last me ages, especially if I make some 50% stock up and store the rest.

Have you managed to find any Daniel? If not I will buy you some from mistral next time I place an order. I use sodium citrate in my own bars as it has better label appeal.

Yes thanks, I got some from the eBay seller since they were honest about its quality. It seems fine apart from some absorbed water causing it to clump a little.

I didn't have any issues with it but time will tell how it performs. In fact I will use the shaving soap tomorrow so will find out how the EDTA deals with the soap scum.

I haven't posted pics of my batch yet but I made the 45% SA, 25% CO, 20% Tallow, 5% Shea, 5% Lanolin, KOH recipe. Additives were 11% Glycerin, 0.5% EDTA and 3% EO (Lavender, Rosemary, Wild Mint)
