thinking about beauty buety business??

hey, i am thinking about starting my own beaty products and selling hem. but i wondered if i had to have any permits of qaulifications to be able to sell products. i thought about selling soap, lip balms, bath bombs and bath salt! i have tryed making soap befoe and didnt turn out well(didnt harden) so i tried again after a year and it hardened! so i am waiting for my soap to cure!
