disposible gloves are not heavy enough, use the yellow rubber ones for dish washing, they have some really nice fitting ones that you can still work well with.

I disagree, at least in terms of using disposable gloves made out of Nitrile (as opposed to latex). The Nitile gloves are puncture, tear, and chemical resistant. I usually use Playtex Living gloves, but I just recently bought some disposable Nitrile gloves for the first time, and those things are practically indestructable. They are super-strong and durable and I am able to use them much more than just once. I can't say the same about disposable latex, though.
