These are my HP/M & P sugar bar attempt, you can find more info on how these were made on the CP forum.
So far they are really soft, I'm not sure if they will ever get hard since most of the sugar dissolved in the batter. They feel like used bubble gum.

Not sure if I will use them as is or try to rebatch and make a better, harder bar. They are super sudsy but kinda drying. I'll give them a couple weeks to see what happens.

They were done HP with a in the pot swirl. I do like how the colors turned out.

I love the colors. No idea about sugar bars but hope they harden up for you!
Are sugar bars different than salt in some way? Like more of an exfoliant?

Sugar is more srubby and its not as drying as salt can be. I really like sugar scrub but would love a nice solid bar that was a good soap also. Its not hardened at all over night. Its like play dough and there is very little sugar crystals left. It really is a failure as far as making a scrubby bar goes.

The sugar will just melt unfortunately..I love the look you got tho.

That is unfortunate, a sugar bar would be fantastic. Guess I'll have t be happy with m & p sugar scrubs.

I did do some m & p with a touch of grated CP added in to help with the cleansing (I hate the feel of m & P) and the sugar survived so maybe I'll mess around with that a bit more.

Something you might consider- I have made "sugar scrub cubes"- just cut the bars you have into single use sizes, and package them in a jar. Or if there isn't enough sugar left to feel scrubby, chop and melt your bars slightly, then stir in some more sugar til you like the feel of it, cool in a slab and cut into cubes. To use, just pull out one cube and rub it on like you would a regular sugar scrub. It will smush onto your skin while you scrub with it, and you get some lather as well.
