1. Service quality
Please use our web site system contact with us.
Some customers sent us 5 mails and none of it in our mail box.
Please don't use your cell phone or handy send out message.
Some mail servers treat such kind mail as spam mail and drop it out.
We have good record in Paypal, the only one case is some one directly complaint to Paypal and don't answer our message.
This is the record in Paypal. So, what shall we do? We refund money? Case close.
We use Paypal system to inform custom when and how parcel sending. It is time stamp of legal manner to show truth.
There is one problem, some mail server treat it as "mail spam".
Another case, it still working right now.
In such case, we suggest for all buyers, please check your Paypal address, seriously.
If you don't want to talk and check with seller, paypal and post office then start Paypal negotiation. Then you just let yourselves in difficult position.
Any way, we are sorry that customer feel bad cause our slow service and response, we will do our best to every customers.

All the complaints in here are "soap stamps' and production line is fully book.

Recently, there is a scandal in Taiwan.
Food grade materials have plasticizer in soft drink, bread, ......
Those goods are in whole world now.
This is one reason that Taiwan has higher rate of cancer.
Same thing that you can choose as you like, according price and reputation.
At least, we check and we improve it. Does others do the same way? We can't sure that.
There are two group in Asia for soap making supply as my personal view
One is original design and keep good quality goods by higher price.
One is copy others design and the quality which we don't know or we never know.
