Haven't done it, but thematically it sounds like a nice combination!
Even here pomace is not 'pure' pomace, it's mixed with oil from pressed olives. Maybe that's because the quantity you can get from leftovers is very limited and they need to compensate? It's still the cheapest one though, around the same price as POI did find a light olive oil but it was mixed with pomace!
