I had ordered soap stamps from bebe and they never arrived..they gave me the money back, but I'm sad, the stamps were so unique and beautiful...trees.I can't find any nice tree stamps...do you have any websites that sell nice tree soap stamps????

That is pretty strange, Richard is also a member here and is pretty good about getting back to you. You can see if he is online or not on bebes page. Maybe getting ahold of him that way?

I didn't know, sometimes things get miscommunicated...isn't the company in Thailand??? I figured maybe to far to do business?? I don't know, Iwould give him another chance, I really love their stamps.....

They are in Taiwan. I ordered some molds and the soap cutter from him. It did take about a month to get delivered but it was well worth the wait!

I would have waited, too...but it was over 3 weeks, so I wanted to know what is going on, at least, get an order confirmation you usually get, any sign would have been good, but there was nothing...no sign, confirmation or reply...but I did get my money back...I rather wanted the stamps, I was so looking forward to them, obviously, they weren't even sent yet...after 3 weeks?????

It took me awhile to get a conformation from him too and I bugged him :wink: (Sorry Richard) It did take over 4 weeks though of that I am sure. It took about 2 weeks for him to ship (I think) and then a couple of weeks for it go get here (Germany) Then... He was on vacation lol...

Have you ever been to Asia? We have been there several times (Thailand anyway) and the people are very relaxed there and don't let themselves get stressed out easily. Not like Germans and Americans :wink: There is no hurry for anything and it is beautiful... Maybe that is how it is like at Bebes too. I promise it is well worth the wait for the products. Richard is a sweetheart, and I think you should order again. :wink:

I just ordered a stamp from him on Friday. I ordered the LOVE stamp, which wasn't on the site. I emailed him and enquired about it and he said it was discontinued. We emailed back and forth and he then told me two days later that he had found two different LOVE stamps, that were the last two he had and would hold them for me for 2 days.

I told him which one I wanted and he then sent me a paypal invoice for it. He said it would ship on Monday, May 23. He also "Liked" my Facebook page, which I thought was nice of him.

Based on my conversation with him, I think they've discontinued quite a few designs. I was also looking for the tree design. I've been admiring the the LOVE stamp for several months now and probably should have bought it back then.

I'll let you know when/if it arrives. I'm really looking forward to getting it.

I am a bebe addict :0) and have ordered to Aussie three times and the service has been great everytime. I cannot get enough of these stamps and molds love them.
Jezzy how do you like the soap cutter I have been eyeing that up as well :0)

I absolutely LOVE it... It is the first cutter that I have had. I did get some nasty dots in one soap. I posted a pic in a thread saying what are these white dots (not lye) someone suggested that the dots come from the wire cutter. (take a look)

It is so easy to get a nice even bar now.

My stamp from Bebe came yesterday and I LOVE IT! Richard shipped it on Monday, May 23, as he said he would. It arrived yesterday, so it took 10 days to get here. Not bad shipping time at all. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and his customer service. They stamp looks fabulous on my soap. It's a nice, clean imprint that looks very professional and even stamped smoothly on soap that was over 6 weeks old. I should have bought two and I won't hesitate to buy from him again.
