Yes they do matter - they all have different attributes. However, the recipe you have above should make a reasonably good soap. Give it a go and let us know! 
I notice you've got very large weight numbers in there. If you are a new soaper, I would recommend cutting down the recipe to no more than a total of 16 oz of oils (or 450 grams, depending on your weighing preference).
That's a lot of soap. If it's your first time making this batch you might want something a lot smaller.

I agree with the others, it will make a good soap.
Recipe looks fine. But please don't make 25, or even 5 lbs of soap your first time. A simple 1lb batch is ideal for testing, and learning how to soap. Let us know how you like it after you make it!
Hi, this is the basic trinity recipe of cp soaps. And does make a good bar of soap. Started with it myself. But it can be made better. Swap tallow or lard for palm oil. Add 10% or more of a butter, shea, cocoa... just a couple of ideas. Good luck.
I agree that it looks like it will make fine soap, and most importantly, resize to 500g or 1000g of oils. Let us know how it goes.
in regards to that, what do you think about 25% olive oil, 25% palm oil, 20% coconut oil, 13% shea butter, 12% avocado oil, 5% castor oil.
That's a nice recipe.
I'd use 3% superfat and somewhere between 30% to 33% lye concentration if you are making this as cold process. For HP, I'd use 25% lye concentration.
To increase/boost the bubbles, dissolve white sugar in your distilled water (before adding the NaOH) at the rate of 1-2% of your oil weight. The extra bubble factor won't show in the calculator, but you will notice a difference in the soap itself.
