Wow! That doesn't look good.

I think if I saw that in my kitchen, I'd pick up a broom and whack it several times to be on the safe side.

I'm sorry this happened to you. Did cooking it longer help?

I did use that HP it went
here it is and it is ugly in the little dish is the stuff that would not fit into the mold and did not blow up it is pretty :(

I think it just overheated and volcanoed out of the mold. I would think the smaller one didn't volcano because there wasn't enough heat...I sometimes can't get a good gel out of small or individual molds because they don't produce enough heat. I don't think Elderberries were the problem...I infuse them in Olive Oil for one of my soaps. Your soap is probably perfectly usable...maybe you can clean it up with a potato peeler/planer for prettiness sake?

I have to agree that this was a soap that overheated and volcanoed. I think it will have been caused by the sugars within the berries themselves...

You can shave the bigger one and try to save some bars. If you can't, more soap for the home! I wonder what the middle on the little one will look like. I say pictures on a color tutorial what elderberry berry powder is supost to look like.
Here is the soap color samples. I like all of them.

You could chunk or shread it to use in another soap. With the chunks you could have a cobble stone look.
