SHower ideas?

ANyone have any ideas for natural shower things? My sister in law wants me to make her a gift basket for her birthday, but she prefers showers to baths.
Apart from shower gels cant think of anything 'natural'?

heavenly scented things .. nothing floral .. eu gross lol ..

vanilla's for some reason i think combined with shower steam .. set off the mood for a soothing shower ..

I use foaming bath butter, salt and sugar scrubs and foaming sugar scrubs in the shower. Soap on a rope would be nice also.

Shower gels and body scrubs in strong lovely citrus smells...mmmm...with a loofah

Maybe a body mask for before the shower...
