I normally make my whipped body butter in very small batches enough for 2 7oz tubs and that works fine, sometimes I even make it smaller so half the amount of ingredients and I get one 7oz tub. today I decided to double the norm in order to make 4 7oz tubs and yet it didn't scale up very well ! it didn't whip up very well and ended up making only 3 tubs? therefore reducing my margins significantly which is not good ! anybody else find this? Is whipped body butter just something that doesn't scale up very well?
