I joined back in September 2018, and went "all in" on making soap - started with shampoo bars and played with conditioner bars as well. I could always come here and ask a question or find some help.

Now its Feb 2025 and I haven't actively soaped in nearly 4 years. Long enough that my oil and butter stash had gone rancid and the things I didn't label because "I'll remember what that is" are lost to memory... We've sold our house and are drastically downsizing. What didn't have to be thrown out, I sold on Facebook marketplace. My essential oils, colorants, supplies, molds, etc. I have closed this chapter of exploration. I continue to create - I've always done handwork: sewing, crocheting, cooking. I'm condensing/focusing my creative exploits into what will fit in our much smaller condo. I've attached a picture of one of my crocheted creations. A little basket.

You all welcomed me and allowed me to explore and share my discoveries. Now it's time to say thank you, and goodbye.
Pam

Best of luck in your next chapter!

Best of luck for your future. I'm still soaping but not nearly as often as I have in the past and am soaping with my daughter so she can take over at some point.

I have always been a crafty person and haven't yet had to downsize. Knowing that it will be coming soon I am refreshing some of my old skills so that I can choose wisely with an altered space.

I am sure that with all of your crafting skills that you will have a crafty future and be able to step right into your future with ease. Keep on crafting!
