Rematch or no?

A batch of cold process has been sitting 3 weeks - looks normal, and slightly soft on the outside, but is playbook soft on inside - rebatch?
If so how? Warm it up? I suspect too much superfat. More water then? More lye?
Add to another batch as decor in Chunks?? Thanks
